The rollout
A realistic rollout starts with a small group: a special education lead, a few teachers, and a clear set of students or goals. Teachers create charts, start logging daily, and use parent links or printouts for communication.
Once data is flowing, leaders can look across students, charts, signatures, meetings, and progress reports without asking every teacher to reassemble evidence manually.
The audit
For meetings and reviews, the team can export progress reports that include daily evidence, goal status, and family-facing context. That does not replace a district's IEP system; it supports the data collection that feeds those records.
