Before Evident

Documentation that fights the people doing the work.

01

Accommodations written into IEPs that no one tracks day-to-day.

02

Teachers unsure which accommodations are working and which to retire.

03

Annual reviews where no one has data on accommodation effectiveness.

Why schools care

Case managers need to know whether accommodations are being delivered and whether they are helping. Evident surfaces 30+ common accommodations with category grouping, links them to daily evidence, and tracks effectiveness ratings so reviews have a dated record instead of a best guess.

Common questions
Where do the 30 common accommodations come from?

A built-in library across categories: presentation, response, setting, timing, behavioral, and other. Teachers pick from the library or add custom accommodations.

How is effectiveness tracked?

Each accommodation has a rating (highly effective, effective, somewhat, not effective, not yet evaluated) plus active/inactive status and source documentation.

Can families see the accommodation list?

Only if a teacher chooses to share. Default is staff-only.

Does this replace the IEP itself?

No. Evident is the evidence layer that supports the IEP (daily delivery, effectiveness, and communication), not the legal document itself.
